Shipping policy

Free shipping — Spend $85 or more and shipping is on us. Consider it our way of honoring your commitment to Caribbean sunshine. 

Every Caribbean Sunshine Shop order is made just for you, which means a little extra care goes into every piece before it finds its way to your door.

Production Time — Allow up to 7 business days for your order to be made and prepared for shipment. Good things don't get rushed on Island time.

Delivery Time — Once your order is on its way, expect it to arrive within 2–5 business days. We'll send your tracking number the moment it ships — check it daily or let it be a pleasant surprise, entirely up to you.

Please note that delays caused by customs, weather conditions, or courier issues are outside our control.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

Where We Ship — We currently ship to Anguilla, Antigua & Barbuda, Aruba, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, Canada, Caribbean Netherlands, Cayman Islands, Curaçao, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Grenada, Guadeloupe, Jamaica, Martinique, Mexico, Montserrat, Sint Maarten, St. Barthélemy, St. Kitts & Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Martin, St. Vincent & Grenadines, Trinidad & Tobago, Turks & Caicos Islands, U.S. Outlying Islands, and United States.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, fees, and customs delays. Any applicable charges collected at checkout will be shown before you complete your purchase.
