Refund policy

At Caribbean Sunshine Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.

We do not accept returns for items marked as final sale or for hygiene-related products such as swimwear or accessories.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
